New Year new body for summer plans! Exercises, diets, and sacrifices at the gym? Sure. However, none of that is going to work if you continue to drink calories like there is no tomorrow. There are up to 90 calories in a single can of soda – 90! We consume too many calories through our drinks – sodas, sweet tea, fruit juices, and alcohol to include wine.

If you have decided to lose weight this year and you are doing your physical training and eating clean, do not forget your liquid consumption. Drink only water with a piece of lemon or lime and green tea that is all. You will soon find out that it is easier said than done, but it is a most if you want to lose that extra weight.

Tips to accomplish this – (1) do not buy any soda while grocery shopping (2) make the habit to just order water at the restaurant with a piece of lime or lemon, and (3) stay hydrated through the day by walking around with a bottle of water.

Pay attention to your drinking and soon you will see the difference.
