If you have decided to lose weight this year and you are doing your physical training and eating clean, do not forget your liquid consumption. Drink only water with a piece of lemon or lime and green tea that is all. You will soon find out that it is easier said than done, but it is a most if you want to lose that extra weight.
Tips to accomplish this – (1) do not buy any soda while grocery shopping (2) make the habit to just order water at the restaurant with a piece of lime or lemon, and (3) stay hydrated through the day by walking around with a bottle of water.
Pay attention to your drinking and soon you will see the difference.
