What about a chicken roll for lunch? Fast and easy to make, well except for the roasted chicken. This is a great take to work meal and a great healthy choice. The Ingredients: One roasted chicken breast, lettuce, green/red peppers roasted in coconut oil, tomatoes, and a slice of avocado.

A side dish of Broccoli will make this a super complete meal. Wash it down with some water, not cold water, room temperature water is better for digestion. Notice I did not add any cheese or special sauce; however, I did substitute the whole grain tortilla for a flour tortilla.
